Loughshinny

Council-owned, derelict

The tower sits alone on Drumanagh headland which is the site of the largest promontory fort in Ireland, dating from the late Bronze/Early Iron Age. Access to the site is possible on foot along the farm track from the Skerries road opposite St Catherines, though the track crosses private land.

The tower itself has a rope that hangs from the first floor entrance.
The nearest DART is Rush and Lusk.
